Sharon Lopez, M.S., LPC received her Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 2011 and is certified by the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Since 2011, Ms. Lopez has compassionately assisted children, teens, and adults in outpatient counseling in the Lewisville, Denton, and Dallas areas.

Ms. Lopez has experience in the following areas: depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, self-harm, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, pre-marital, marriage, divorce, blended families, parenting, stress, spiritual issues, anger management, and trauma. In addition, she is experienced in conducting Child Custody Evaluations, Substance Use Evaluations, and Adoptions Studies.

Prior to her Master’s Degree, Ms. Lopez obtained her Bachelors of Science in Church Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University in 1996, and she worked in adolescent, college, and adult ministries alongside her husband of 23 years. Together they have four children and continue to serve in their local church.
